What's included?

  1.  Updatable Digital Name Card (QR code & URL will be provided to you, sample)
  2.  Link in bio landing page, Link.tree alternatives (fully brandable with your own domain, sample) 
  3.  Choice of Ghost, Wordpress, Microweber, or regular static HTML for your website (design service not provided, but I can provide some guidance)
  4.  Mailcow email server & SoGo webmail client (you can still use Outlook / MacOS mail / most mail apps if you prefer) OR send-as and receive-as using custom domain from your personal Gmail account (only 4hi.re domain included unless you provide your own, see "What's NOT included?" below)
  5.  Appointment booking solution (optional, no added cost1, sample)
  6.  Invoicing solution (optional, no added cost1)
  7.  e-Signature solution (optional, no added cost1)
  8.  Project Management tools (Vikunja or Wekan, optional, no added cost1)
  9.  Web Hosting
  10.  On-boarding and free consulting on starting a business (more valuable than you think, avoid the mistakes I made!)

1 Optional items are all free, but not deployed if not required.

What's NOT included?

  1.  Your custom domain name (basically your online branding, which should be owned by you and not me! If none is provided, a 4hi.re domain will be provided e.g. website = something.4hi.re, email = [email protected], and digital business card = freelancer.4hi.re/something [can be discussed])
  2.  Website design. I offer Silex (demo) and Microweber (demo) as easy drag and drop alternatives to services like Squarespace and Wix.com. If you want professional design, I suggest getting Wordpress or Ghost and hire someone to do the web design because if you want me to take on the design for you, I will be doing the same and passing the cost directly on to you with a small markup for my time (but if you still prefer it done that way, let me know).
  3.  Customizations not existing in default software provided, and any extensive changes or revisions.

What if I have something I need that is not listed above?

Set up a call with me and let's get all the details ironed out and I'll see how I can help. If I have another solution that could replace one of the free but optional items and would consume similar resources, we can swap them out. I promise no hard-selling or upfront commitments.

1 Guaranteed for customers on 4hi.re domain. For customers on custom domain, depends on the optional services they pick as some services may require additional hosting resources (e.g. appointment booking system). If no discount is offered due to additional resource requirements, $100 a year pricing will still apply.

Grow-with-you pricing

Special pricing available for new entrepreneurs who've set up their business within the past 3 years (based on ACRA records).

In order for my service to cost a mere $100 a month, you will need to generate revenue of $10,000 a month!

Good faith discussions and revenue figure sharing expected for entrepreneurs looking to onboard at this pricing, switch any time to regular CTO-aaS below pricing after the first year!

Please note that the prices here are only to be used as a reference as my prices will depend on many factors such as the complexity of the business needs and the size of the company to cater for. Prices here are quoted only for the cost of my services, independent of any additional costs that may arise from my recommendations i.e. SaaS cost, server hosting costs, partner costs, etc.
